Cancellation and Return Conditions

CONSUMER RIGHTS – EXCHANGE – CANCELLATION POLICY

GENERAL:

  1. By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.

  2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of consumer protection laws and related regulations regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.

  3. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

  4. Each product purchased is delivered to the address specified by the buyer within the legal time limit.

  5. The purchased product must be delivered completely and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

  1. Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the delivery date for a different size, color, or model.

  2. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

  3. The invoice must be sent together with the product to be exchanged.

  4. If the requested product is out of stock, the customer will be contacted and offered an alternative.

  5. Shipping costs for exchange processes are borne by the buyer (unless otherwise stated in campaigns).

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

  1. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  2. For orders that have already been shipped, exchange procedures apply instead of cancellation.

PRODUCT DELIVERY AND CONTROL:

  1. The buyer must check the product before receiving it and should not accept damaged or defective items from the courier.

  2. Products accepted are considered to be delivered in good condition.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS:

  1. Underwear, swimwear (bikini bottoms), cosmetic products, and items that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons are not eligible for exchange.

  2. Used, washed, or tag-removed products are not eligible for exchange.
